Create a Triage Page for our New Logic Tree

1. From the Admin screen Add Content->Triage Page
2. Enter Repair as the Title and go to the bottom of the page
   1. Turn off comments if they're open
3. Save and Exit
4. You should be at the Repairs node which should look something like this:

5. Click on the Triage Configuration tab and select repairs for the Triage Taxonomy Tree

6. Save the configuration and go to /triage/repairs

Your Logic Tree should be active and look like this:
