Once you have a Logic Tree taxonomy set up, you can add endpoint actions and translations through the Triage Action Management screen.
The taxonomy is display in expandable field sets. Click on the bold header to expand/collapse the category. Endpoints (entries that have no children) can be clicked to go to the Action Builder for that taxonomy entry.
We'll go through the Action Builder in more detail further down. For now you can go back to the Triage Menu Block and click the Endpoint Example. The output is in the block on the left. Below the Help for Your Legal Problem header, is a link Preview only - Return to action builder which will take you to the action builder for the My landlord has locked me out endpoint. For now, feel free to take a look around - you can go back and forth between the builder and the preview of the output using the Preview button.
The Triage Action Builder is where you created the output you want to pass on to users for a particular question. There are four kinds of Actions that relate to endpoints:
- Custom Text which allows you to add new HTML - often particular information nuggets that might be buried in a longer article or other content oon the site
- Reusable Text. Any custom text can be marked for reuse. When needed in other endpoints, it is gotten by reference so that should a change be required, it only has to be changed in one place.
- Node Content. Node content on your site can be pointed to and a particular display type and class wrapper selected.
- Display Wrappers. These are parent div with styling classes available into which other items can be dragged and arranged.
Actions can be placed in any of 4 regions on the Triage Output Page: The full width top message panel, the 60/40 middle section divided between Main Panel (left) and Help (right) and the Bottom Panel
